PET RISING STAR CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICY:
We encourage our clients to contact our customer service if they are having problems with our service using the following contact methods:
- Our aim is to resolve grievances quickly so that our clients can receive the service they expect and deserve.
- We appreciate it if clients can provide detail and any additional evidence so that we can resolve grievances quickly.
- Pet Rising Star prides itself on providing excellent services for you pets, including dog walking, dog grooming, cat grooming, pet hotel and dog training.
- We recognize that sometimes problems can occur, and we intent to try to resolve them quickly and fairly.
- Our grievance policy is designed to provide guidance on what to do in different situations and the resolutions we create to make sure our customers are satisfied.
Trainer/Walker Not Available:
- In the event that your trainer or walker is unavailable, we will always look to provide a replacement, as soon as possible.
- In the event that we do not have a replacement available immediately, we may offer complimentary free sessions to make up course curriculum (up to maximum of 3 sessions) with the replacement as soon as it is available.
Trainer/Walker Not Coming To The Appointments:
- We sincerely apologize if your trainer or walker is not attending the scheduled appointments. We will looking into the matter immediately and take any necessary action.
- Depending on the severity and/or the amount of the occurrence we may offer complimentary sessions (up to maximum of 3 sessions) or change you to a new trainer / walker to make up the course curriculum.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be executed after items have been assessed and accepted.
- Refunds will be on the original method of payment, and can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
