Welcome to Pet Rising Star Pet Training Services. By enrolling in our training programs or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Pet Rising Star provides dog and cat training services including obedience training, behaviour correction, puppy training, and other related services. The results may vary depending on the dog’s breed, age, temperament, and owner involvement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their pet’s health, behaviour, and history before training begins. Owners are responsible for following the trainer’s instructions and maintaining consistency at home to achieve the best results.
3. Health & Safety
All dogs and cats must be healthy and up to date with vaccinations before participating in training sessions. Pet Rising Star is not responsible for any illness or injury arising due to undisclosed health conditions.
4. Training Results Disclaimer
While we use professional and effective training methods, Pet Rising Star does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on various factors including the dog’s behaviour and owner cooperation.
5. Payment Terms
All training fees must be paid in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. Refund Policy for Pet Training Packages
Note: Token Money Amount is not Refundable.
- For customers who purchase a 3-month pet training package, the fee is non-refundable once the training has commenced.
- For packages of 4 months or longer, refund requests will be considered under specific conditions. Our team will first review the number of training sessions already conducted. After evaluation, the refund will be processed only for the remaining unused sessions.
- All refund decisions are subject to internal assessment and approval by the management.
- For training packages of 4 months or longer, if more than 50% of the sessions have been completed and a refund is requested, our team will first review and verify the completed sessions. After evaluation, the refund will be processed only for the remaining unused sessions.
7. Liability
Pet Rising Star Pet Training Services will take all necessary precautions during training. However, we are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the pet during or after the training period.
8. Use of Media
We may take photos or videos during training sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your pet’s images to be used, please inform us in advance.
